Friday Pilates Core and More 13 8 for Friday, May 16, 2025

During each class you will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility putting an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.  Classes will blend Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and lightweights.  Modifications will be suggested for beginners or those with physical limitations.
