Monday Water Aerobics 7 for 2024-09-16
Water Aerobics classes allow for less impact on the joints, and water drag allows for work to be accomplished in all planes of movement. The class will have a cardio element, upper/lower body strength element as well as abdominal element. All eqiupment will be provided: water dumbbells, and noodles. Most of all this class will be fun, the instructor makes sure of that! Enjoy!
