Saturday Water Aerobics with Erika 12 for 2024-08-17
Water Aerobic Classes allow for less impact on joints, and water drag allows for work to be accomplished in all planes of movement. The class will have a cardio element, upper/lower body strength element as well as abdominal element. All equipment will be provided: water dumbbells and noodles. Most of all this class will be fun, the instructor makes this class! Enjoy!!
